　　　　　　　　　　　　　　たまに午後10時以降もいます。

ほぼどのスレにもシャドラさんとシャドンデスさんが関係ない(しかもシャドラさんはキャラフレへのひどいことを言っている)ことを書き込んでいます。
迷惑です。わからないことがあったりしてみんな書き込みに来ているのにそんなことを書くのはひどいと思います。このようなことを「荒らし」といいます。
いい加減にやめてください。

なんか外に行くためには外出許可証というものが必要らしくってそれの手に入れ方がわからないんですけど誰か教えてもらえますか？

外出許可証を手に入れるには、幾つかの頼まれごとを完了させないといけません。
まず、最初に完了しないといけない頼まれごとが、“お弁当を届ける”ことです。
お弁当と言えば･･･いつも学園で料理をしている人がいますよね？
その人が外出許可証を手に入れるための、最初のキーパーソンです。
”お弁当を届ける”先は、学園で一番偉いあの人！
でも、気まぐれなあの人が見つからない時は、学園の中を歩いて捜し回りましょう。
画面では行き止まりのように見えていても、▲ボタンが押せる先には、マップが続いていることがありますよ！
その頼まれごとを無事届けた相手が、次のキーパーソンです。

その人が、外出許可証を発行するかどうかを判断しますので、
とにかく何度も通って仲良くなりましょう～！（＾－＾）
そうすることによって、信頼関係を築くことが出来ると･･･
学園の外に出ないといけない頼まれごとをしてくれます！

そうです！これでやっと外出できるんです！＼(＾0＾)／

しかし、外出許可証の発行はそこでは行われません。
